Perfect Male Body- How to Create it (and Attract Women)

You’re reading my unsensored review of what I really thought about the Adonis Index, and how the system works.

Why am I writing this?

Well when I was thinking about joining the Adonis Effect, I was pretty burned out with having tried so many systems that promised results and just were total B.S. A friend had told me the Adonis Effect and said one of his buddies swore by it, so I figured it was worth a look.

When I was first researching I didn’t find many actual reviews about it, so I thought I’d write one to help any of you that were in the same position I was.

Be warned, I’m going to give both the good and bad so if its something you don’t want to hear, then you might as well leave now.

I was initially pretty shocked at their approach to working out and body metrics. I kept thinking it must be more complicated than this, but sometimes the simplest programs are the most effective.

One of the more difficult things for men when it comes to improving their body is coming up with the right metrics for which to compare and assess yourself.

For the sake of looking better and creating the perfect male body… there’s one single metric that is scientifically proven to be the most important for physical attraction – the kind that makes a woman so hot she is literally ripping your shirt off of you.

That metric is called your Adonis Index.

Your Adonis Index quite simply, the ratio of the circumference of your shoulders to the circumference of your waist. The Golden (ideal) Ratio is: 1.614

If you’re working out or are thinking about working out, go ahead and check out how you “measure up”. The Adonis program has some awesome workout systems and programs designed to lower Adonis Indexes that are too high, and increase those that are too low, producing the most perfect male body ratio.

You’ll be surprised at how addicting knowing your Adonis Index can be.

Plus, you don’t have to worry about your weight or your BMI or how much you can bench or any of that stuff because it’s already included in a sense, in your overall your Adonis Index.

Its been 12 weeks since I’ve been tracking my Adonis Index, I started off at a 1.35 and my index is now at 1.59 (getting close to “golden”).

But the biggest change for me has been the way women react to me. I go out with my buddies now and I cannot keep the women off of me.

I came across this picture online the other day randomly (ok, no, its not me), but kind of reminds me of this night I had a couple weeks ago.

So yeah, I’d give the Adonis Effect System a big 2 thumbs up. And a jar of edible chocolate to go with it.

Using the Adonis Effect to Acheive the Perfect Male Body

Brad Howard and his partners Brad Pilon and John Barban have created a revolutionary exercise and diet program called “The Adonis Effect”, that has the potential to turn any body into a woman’s guilty pleasure.

Its great to see a fitness program geared not to the wannabe body builders or meat-heads, but for average guys who are looking to improve their health, their physique, and most importantly their overall attraction and seduction capabilities with women.   The program is quite extensive and is a great value for the price.  These guys definitely know what they are talking about.

Their updated program includes instructional videos, weekly podcasts, along with several books that explain how to exercise and eat in order to create the body that women can’t take their hands off of.

Male Perfect Body Measurements for Optimal Physical Attraction

Hey Everyone,
Rick here…   I’m setting up this site so I can detail my reviews of a new workout and body system that I’m having some great luck with for male perfect body transformation.    I’ve struggled on and off for the last 8 years with finding a workout system that will actually give me the body I’m been wanting my whole life.    A body that women can’t keep their hands off of.   I’ve always been the skinny guy that had way too many girl “friends”.    I’m almost 2 months into the system and I can already see the way women in my work are looking at me differently, like suddenly there is this new level of physical attraction I have never experienced before.

Since this is about the 10th program I’ve tried and I’m finally seeing some success, I wanted to share my uncensored review about how this workout program and overall mentality shift when it comes to body image and creating the male perfect body.

Will I Acheive the Male Perfect Body?

I’m starting a new body transformation program today.   Unlike programs that seem to focus on getting “HUGE”, this one focuses on attaining specific body measurements (re: the adonis ratio).   I’m going to track my results and log them here (unless its another fail which I’m hoping its not).

Hoping I can see some improvement on this in a few months time…
